Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure smooth dining experiences for guests, and support the restaurant team in delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:
 Greet and welcome customers in a polite and friendly manner.
 Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
 Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
 Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on diners during their meal and responding to any requests.
 Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and dining supplies.
 Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant at the beginning and end of shifts.
 Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
 Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.

Requirements:
 Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
 Experience: Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role is preferred.
 Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries.
