Job Description:

We are looking for friendly and professional Waiters/Waitresses to join our hotel’s dining team in Dubai. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is smooth and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and present menus in a courteous and welcoming manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
Address any guest queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Prepare tables, set up linens, silverware, and glasses.
Ensure all food and beverage orders are delivered correctly and efficiently.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work well in a team and handle busy periods with ease.
Attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service.
Basic knowledge of food and beverages is an advantage.
