Situations Vacant: Waiter/Waitress
Location: Dubai

We are currently hiring Waiters/Waitresses to join our hospitality team in Dubai. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring high service standards
Answer questions about the menu, specials, and dietary options
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
Process payments and handle cash or POS transactions
Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and organized dining area
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
Maintain hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
Support the team with other service tasks as needed
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays
Basic math skills for billing and payment processing
