Ensure customer satisfaction and handle inquiries or complaints
Set up and clear tables efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter or waitress is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
