Key Responsibilities:

Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system or notepad.
Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation meets quality standards.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
Process payments accurately and provide change or receipts as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications and Skills:

Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
