Position: Waiter / Waitress

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet and seat customers, take food and drink orders, and ensure excellent dining experiences.
Order Management: Accurately relay orders to the kitchen and serve food and beverages promptly.
Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
Menu Knowledge: Be familiar with the menu, including specials and recommendations, to answer customer questions.
Payments: Handle bills, process payments, and provide receipts.
Teamwork: Assist other staff and work collaboratively to maintain smooth operations.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
