We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waiters / Waitresses to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent guest service, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and present menus in a friendly manner.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Serve food and drinks while ensuring quality and presentation.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service stations.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely and professionally.

Work closely with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service.

Process bills and handle payments when required.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in hotels or restaurants preferred.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, well-groomed, and team-oriented.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
