Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and present menus in a friendly manner
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
Serve food and drinks according to company standards
Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction
Clear and reset tables for the next guests
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area
Process payments and issue receipts
Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure during busy hours
Positive attitude, teamwork, and strong work ethic
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Working Conditions:
Restaurant environment with long periods of standing and walking
Evening and weekend shifts required
