We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waiters / Waitresses to join our team. The role involves providing excellent table service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve promptly
Ensure tables are clean, well-presented, and properly set before service
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth order delivery
Process bills and handle cash/card payments accurately
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the dining area
Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience
Assist in opening, closing, and general restaurant duties as required

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Working Conditions:
Restaurant, hotel, or café environment
Shift-based role with evening, weekend, and holiday work as required
