Key Responsibilities

Greet and escort guests to their tables.

Present menus, take orders, and recommend food/beverage options.

Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.

Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with meals and service.

Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and service areas.

Process payments (cash/card) and issue receipts.

Handle guest complaints politely and efficiently.

Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards.

Support team members during busy operations.
