Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.

Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items when required.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.

Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.

Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback efficiently and politely.

Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.

Follow all hygiene, food safety, and service standards as per UAE regulations.

Assist in billing and payment processing.

Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

Support team members and participate in daily briefings and training sessions.
