We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers in a polite and welcoming manner.

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Serve food and beverages in a professional way.

Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.

Assist customers with menu questions and recommendations.

Coordinate with kitchen staff and ensure timely order delivery.

Handle customer concerns and provide high-quality service.

Process payments when required.

Follow hygiene, food safety, and restaurant standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience in restaurants or hospitality is an advantage.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle busy hours.

Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Must be inside the UAE and ready to join.
