We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and a safe working environment. This role is crucial to maintaining the flow of goods and supporting overall warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock audits.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
Organize and maintain the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency.
Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment (certification preferred but not required).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
