Position Available: Warehouse Assistant

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Warehouse Assistant to join our shipping company. The role involves managing  daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth handling of goods, and contributing to the efficient delivery of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Management:
Pick, pack, and label items accurately for outgoing shipments.
Verify orders against invoices and packing lists.
2. Inventory Control:
Organize and maintain stock in designated areas.
Conduct routine inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
3. Shipping and Receiving:
Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles.
Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and report damages.
4. Equipment Operation:
Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Ensure equipment is in good working condition.
5. Safety and Cleanliness:
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
3. Physical stamina to handle tasks such as lifting heavy items (up to 25 kg).
4. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
5. Basic computer skills for inventory systems.
6. Forklift certification (preferred but not mandatory).
