Description

Load and unload inbound and outbound goods safely and efficiently, using manual handling or basic equipment as appropriate.
Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues to supervisor; ensure accuracy of received or shipped items.
Prepare merchandise for storage or distribution by labeling, sorting, and placing items in designated locations.
Move, count, and stage inventory to support receiving, putaway, and order fulfillment processes.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace; follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
Operate basic warehouse equipment as trained (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) and report maintenance needs.
Document activities (receipts, putaway, outbounds) in the warehouse system or logbook as required.
Coordinate with teammates and other departments to support smooth receiving, stocking, and shipping operations.
