Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a safe and organized working environment.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and activities

Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and shipment of goods

Implement and maintain inventory control systems

Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock audits

Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a clean and hazard-free workplace

Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments to streamline operations

Train and evaluate warehouse employees

Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory, and productivity

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

3+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

Knowledge of warehouse software and inventory management systems

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse equipment

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications
Forklift certification

Experience in [specific industry, e.g., FMCG, retail, manufacturing]

Basic knowledge of ERP systems
