Job Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, timely shipments, and adherence to safety standards. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and shipping.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels and accuracy.

Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a clean and hazard-free workplace.

Train, mentor, and schedule warehouse staff.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.

Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and inventory.

Communicate effectively with drivers, suppliers, and internal departments.

Resolve issues related to damaged goods, order discrepancies, or inventory shortages.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

3+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety regulations.

Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), scanners, and MS Office.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification is a plus).
