About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficiency, and maintain high standards of safety and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and activities.

Manage receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.

Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.

Ensure proper handling of materials and compliance with safety regulations.

Develop and implement workflow improvements to increase productivity.

Train and evaluate warehouse employees.

Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and sales departments.

Prepare reports on warehouse performance and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience (1+ year in a supervisory role preferred).

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.

Forklift certification (preferred).

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
