Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory control, dispatching, and staff supervision. Ensures safe handling of perfumes and cosmetic materials in compliance with company and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise warehouse team in receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching perfume products.

Ensure proper storage of perfumes according to category, expiry, and safety guidelines.

Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS/ERP systems.

Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and report variances.
Plan workflow to achieve smooth operations and timely order deliveries.
Monitor and control material damage, leakage, and shrinkage.
Implement HSE standards and ensure safe handling of chemicals and flammable items.
Coordinate with logistics, sales, and production teams for delivery schedules.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times.
Train warehouse staff and evaluate their performance.
Ensure all documents are completed for inbound/outbound shipments.
