Description

We are looking for an experienced and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth stock movement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching
• Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory management
• Lead and manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance
• Maintain records of inbound/outbound shipments and stock transactions
• Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams
• Ensure proper storage conditions, labeling, and handling of goods
• Implement safety, hygiene, and 5S standards in the warehouse
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
• Ensure proper functioning of warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, machines, etc.)
• Prepare daily/weekly warehouse reports
• Resolve discrepancies and prevent stock losses
