Job Title: Watchman

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a vigilant and responsible individual to join our team as a Watchman. The primary role of the Watchman is to safeguard our premises and assets, ensuring the safety and security of our staff, customers, and property.

Responsibilities:
Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to deter unauthorized entry and ensure security.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to detect and respond to security breaches.
Conduct regular inspections of doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are properly secured.
Respond promptly to emergency situations, such as fires, medical emergencies, or incidents of theft or vandalism.
Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and incidents.
Provide assistance and directions to visitors and staff as needed.
Perform locking and unlocking duties as per the schedule.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Physical stamina and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Valid security guard license or certification (if applicable).
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
