Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a group of sales representatives, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your role is essential in achieving our sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue.

Provide ongoing training and coaching to sales team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
