Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the construction crew, ensuring they adhere to safety guidelines and project plans.
Coordinate and schedule daily construction activities, including resource allocation and task assignments.
Monitor progress and quality of construction projects, making adjustments as needed to meet project goals and timelines.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and quality meet industry standards.
Interpret and review construction blueprints and plans to guide the crew.
Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Manage and maintain construction equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Communicate project updates, timelines, and issues to the project manager and stakeholders.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure all crew members are properly trained on safety procedures.
Handle any on-site issues, disputes, or conflicts that may arise during construction.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in construction management is a plus.
Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar supervisory role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
Proficiency in using construction software and technology.
Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
