Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of products within our warehouse. Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of inventory management and tracking.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
Optimize warehouse layout and storage to maximize space utilization.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as order accuracy and on-time delivery.
Collaborate with other departments, including procurement and transportation, to meet inventory and shipping targets.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and other warehouse activities.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise in the warehouse.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role is required.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
