Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service and assistance to our guests or residents. Your role will involve assisting with various requests, providing information, and ensuring that our clients have a memorable and enjoyable experience. Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests or residents with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests, such as restaurant bookings, transportation arrangements, and event planning.
Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Arrange transportation, including taxis, car rentals, and airport transfers, as requested.
Handle and deliver packages, mail, and messages to residents or guests.
Maintain an organized concierge desk and lobby area, ensuring it is clean and well-stocked.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the local area, including restaurants, theaters, shops, and events.
Assist with coordinating and managing special events and functions within the establishment.
Ensure compliance with security and safety procedures, including monitoring building access.
Collaborate with other hotel or residential staff to meet guest needs and maintain a high standard of service.
Keep records of guest interactions and requests for reference and follow-up.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service-related coursework is a plus.
Previous experience as a concierge, front desk agent, or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in using reservation and guest management software.
Familiarity with the local area and its attractions.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
