Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Room Service Attendants. As a Room Service Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional in-room dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for delivering meals, beverages, and amenities to guest rooms, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Take room service orders over the phone and via the hotel’s ordering system.
Ensure accurate and prompt delivery of food, beverages, and amenities to guest rooms.
Set up trays and dining areas in guest rooms, including arranging table settings.
Explain menu items and specials to guests and answer any questions.
Verify guest orders for accuracy and completeness before delivery.
Handle cash and credit card payments for room service orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the room service area.
Monitor and replenish room service inventory and supplies.
Assist in taking guest room service orders and requests.
Provide exceptional customer service and address guest concerns or special requests.
Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the highest standards of food handling and cleanliness.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in room service, food and beverage, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and a courteous demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest inquiries with patience.
Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
