We are looking for a friendly and attentive Bell Boy to join our team. As a Bell Boy, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, delivering items to guest rooms, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests. Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Assist guests with luggage, packages, and other items as needed.
Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
Coordinate with the front desk and housekeeping to fulfill guest requests.
Deliver messages, packages, and amenities to guest rooms in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in lobby and bell stand areas.
Monitor and report any suspicious or unusual activities in the hotel.
Assist in maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and services provided.
Provide assistance to guests with special needs or disabilities.
Follow safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of guests and their belongings.
Assist with valet parking and other guest services as required.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Bell Boy or in a similar guest service role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and a courteous demeanor.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest requests with diplomacy.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
