Responsibilities:
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, aligning it with the company’s vision and goals.
Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Create and maintain detailed product specifications, user stories, and feature requirements.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities.
Drive product development by providing clear direction and leadership to the development team.
Monitor and analyze product performance, user engagement, and key metrics to make data-driven decisions.
Act as a product evangelist, communicating product updates, benefits, and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and marketing plans.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the product.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams without direct authority.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Experience with product management software and tools.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
