Your role will involve handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, as well as assisting guests with inquiries and requests. Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel with a warm and courteous demeanor.
Handle guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and special accommodations, ensuring their needs are met.
Process payments, including cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment, accurately and securely.
Manage phone calls, emails, and messages, directing them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including keeping brochures and information up to date.
Resolve guest issues, concerns, or complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and concierge, to meet guest needs.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
Assist with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service-related coursework is a plus.
Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in using reservation and hotel management software.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
