Job Description:
We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Reservation Agents. As a Reservation Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, assisting them with room reservations, inquiries, and providing exceptional service. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests from the moment they make a reservation. Responsibilities:
Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
Assist guests in making room reservations, providing information about room types, rates, and availability.
Accurately input and manage reservation data in the hotel’s booking system.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the hotel’s services, amenities, and special offers.
Up-sell rooms and packages based on guest preferences and needs.
Process guest payments for reservations and provide confirmation details.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all guest interactions.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure accurate information is provided to guests.
Stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions.
Follow up with guests to confirm reservation details and obtain any necessary additional information.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or reservations role is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest inquiries with patience.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in reservation booking systems.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
