We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system.
Ensure orders are communicated effectively to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
Check back with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns.
Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
Prepare and deliver drink orders, including alcoholic beverages, in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Handle cash and credit card payments accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning tables and chairs, and replenishing condiments and utensils.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant for each shift.
Uphold the restaurant’s cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and addressing them promptly.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.
Handle guest complaints or special requests with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated candidates.
Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of food and beverage items and their preparation is a plus.
Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
TIPS or similar alcohol awareness certification is a plus for serving alcoholic beverages.
Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
High school diploma or equivalent.
