Job Description:
Join our team as a Returns Coordinator and be a key point of contact for managing and processing product returns. As a Returns Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth and efficient handling of returned items, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies. Responsibilities:
Oversee the processing of product returns, ensuring timely and accurate handling of returned items.
Communicate with customers to provide support and guidance on the returns process and any related inquiries.
Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory teams to ensure that returned products are appropriately inspected, sorted, and processed.
Update and maintain records of returned items, including reasons for returns and any relevant customer feedback.
Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to address any customer concerns or issues related to returns.
Identify trends and patterns in returns and provide insights to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement efficient return procedures and policies to streamline the returns process.
Generate reports on return activities, including key metrics and trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any return-related issues and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in a returns management or customer service role is an advantage.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with inventory management and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
