Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and supplies, verifying quantities and quality to ensure accurate inventory records.
Organize and maintain inventory levels, performing regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Prepare and issue materials and supplies as per requisitions, ensuring that proper documentation is completed for all transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the storage areas, following safety and security protocols to preserve the condition of stored items.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in a retail or warehouse setting, is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage inventory efficiently.
Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain precise records and documentation for all incoming and outgoing materials.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and inventory management software is an asset.
