Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Catering Coordinator to join our team and assist in organizing and managing catering events. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The Catering Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of all catering operations, from initial client inquiries to event follow-ups.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences, providing guidance and suggestions as needed.
Coordinate with the culinary team to plan menus, ensuring that all dietary requirements and event specifications are met.
Manage event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and breakdown, to guarantee timely and efficient delivery of services.
Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure all aspects of the catering service meet or exceed expectations.
Oversee the maintenance of catering equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in proper working condition for events.
Monitor and manage catering budgets, ensuring that all expenses remain within the established financial parameters.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during events promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in event planning and catering coordination, with a strong understanding of food and beverage operations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
