Responsibilities:
Assist with the setup and breakdown of catering events, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations.
Prepare and arrange food and beverages for service, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a courteous and efficient manner.
Maintain a clean and organized catering area, including clearing tables and managing waste disposal.
Monitor food and beverage supplies, restocking as needed during events.
Collaborate with the catering team to ensure smooth and efficient event execution.
Follow food safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of food and equipment.
Provide excellent customer service, respond to guest inquiries, and address any concerns or special requests.
Assist in the packing and transportation of catering equipment and supplies to event locations.
Work closely with the catering manager to coordinate event details and timelines.
Participate in pre-event meetings and training sessions as required.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code and grooming standards.
Assist in maintaining an inventory of catering supplies and report any shortages or damages.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in fast-paced and challenging situations.
Ensure the overall success and satisfaction of catering clients and guests.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or hospitality certification is a plus.
Previous experience in catering, food service, or hospitality is preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist in various tasks.
Physical ability to lift and carry catering equipment and supplies as needed.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for off-site events.
