Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Catering Supervisor to join our team. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating catering events, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of quality. Responsibilities:
Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of catering events.
Coordinate with clients to plan event details, including menu selection and setup preferences.
Lead and supervise catering staff, including servers, chefs, and support personnel.
Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared, presented, and served to the highest standards.
Maintain inventory of catering supplies, equipment, and perishable items.
Manage catering budgets, including cost control and expense tracking.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and prompt manner.
Conduct pre-event meetings with staff to communicate event details and expectations.
Train and mentor catering staff to ensure a high level of service and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update catering menus.
Evaluate and improve catering processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in catering, event planning, or a related field is preferred.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards.
Food handler’s certification or other relevant certifications is a plus.
