Job Description:
Join our team as a Catering Supervisor and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional catering services for our guests and events. As a Catering Supervisor, you will oversee the planning and execution of catering events, ensuring that guests receive top-quality service and unforgettable culinary experiences. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to plan and customize catering services for their events, including weddings, conferences, and banquets.
Coordinate and oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of catering events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
Supervise catering staff, including servers, chefs, and support personnel, and provide training and guidance as needed.
Ensure the proper handling and presentation of food, beverages, and equipment.
Maintain and monitor inventory levels of catering supplies and equipment.
Assist in menu planning and development based on client preferences and budgetary considerations.
Communicate with kitchen and culinary teams to ensure food preparation and presentation meet or exceed client expectations.
Manage event timelines and schedules, ensuring events start and end on time.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during events.
Uphold high standards of food safety and sanitation.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote catering services and attract new clients.
Maintain accurate records of catering events, expenses, and revenues.
Assist in budgeting and cost control for catering operations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Previous experience in catering and event management, with at least [X] years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of catering operations, including food and beverage service and event planning.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency in using event planning and catering software is a plus.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
