Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Supervise and motivate store staff, ensuring they provide outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and place orders to replenish merchandise as needed.
Customer Interaction: Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Visual Merchandising: Oversee the arrangement of products on shelves and displays, maintaining an attractive and organized store layout.
Sales Analysis: Track sales trends, analyze customer preferences, and provide input on merchandise selection and pricing strategies.
Staff Training: Train new employees, conduct performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance team skills.
Store Security: Enforce security measures to prevent theft and ensure the safety of customers, staff, and store assets.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Store Supervisor or in a similar retail leadership role.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques.
Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
