Key Responsibilities:
Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.
Assist clients in determining their buying or selling needs and preferences.
Conduct market research to identify potential properties or buyers.
Present and market properties to potential clients.
Guide clients through the buying or selling process, including property showings and inspections.
Negotiate property transactions on behalf of clients.
Provide guidance on pricing, market trends, and financing options.
Collaborate with other real estate professionals and industry contacts.
Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a related role is plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and trends.
Customer-focused with a commitment to client satisfaction.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with real estate software and technology.
