Key Responsibilities:

Telephone Operation: Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and provide information as needed.
Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, clients, and guests warmly and assist in directing them to the relevant departments.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to various departments within the company.
Document Handling: Assist in handling and organizing office documents, files, and records.
Communication: Handle emails, faxes, and other forms of communication in a professional manner.
Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telephone Operator or in a similar role.
Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
