Key Responsibilities:

Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for VIP clients, ensuring their needs and requests are met promptly and efficiently.
Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate special events, meetings, and experiences for VIP clients.
Travel Arrangements: Arrange VIP travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Personalized Services: Provide personalized assistance and services to enhance the overall experience for VIP clients.
Communication: Maintain regular communication with VIP clients to anticipate their needs and preferences.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by VIP clients.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a VIP Coordinator or in a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of luxury service standards and etiquette.
Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
