Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Controller to manage and oversee all financial aspects of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate financial information, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and implementing effective financial strategies.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Monitor and manage budgets, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure the financial stability of the organization.
Oversee the preparation of regulatory reporting, tax planning, and compliance with all financial regulations and legislation.
Provide guidance and support to the finance team, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the department.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree or CPA qualification is preferred.
Proven experience in a financial management or accounting role, preferably in a leadership position.
Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel.
