Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Auditor to join our team. As an Inventory Auditor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that our stock levels are aligned with our business needs. If you have a strong attention to detail, experience in inventory management, and a commitment to data accuracy, we encourage you to apply and become a key member of our inventory control team.

Responsibilities:
Conduct regular audits of our inventory to verify the accuracy of records.
Count and reconcile physical inventory with computer records.
Identify and investigate discrepancies and work with the relevant departments to resolve issues.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure that they meet the demands of our operations.
Maintain accurate records of audit results and inventory adjustments.
Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices.
Collaborate with the purchasing and receiving departments to track and verify incoming shipments.
Assist in the development and maintenance of inventory reports and dashboards.
Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy.
Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols in the inventory storage areas.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in inventory management or as an Inventory Auditor is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move inventory items.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in inventory management is a plus.
