Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. The Customer Service Representatives will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution
Provide accurate and detailed information about company products, services, and policies
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers
Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
Stay informed about product updates and promotions to effectively assist customers
Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and targets

Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to navigate computer systems and multitask effectively
Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help customers
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
High school diploma or equivalent
