Job Title: Human Resources Co-ordinator

Job Description:
Join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator and contribute to the success of our organization by providing administrative support to the HR department. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to assist in various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation and training programs
Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases
Assist in benefits administration and answer employee inquiries
Process payroll and ensure accuracy of timekeeping records
Handle employee relations matters and assist in conflict resolution
Coordinate employee engagement and wellness programs
Assist in HR reporting and data analysis
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Assist in organizing company events and activities

Requirements:
Previous experience in HR or a related field is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of HRIS and other HR software
Understanding of HR laws and regulations
Positive and proactive attitude
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
