Job Title: HR Assistant

Job Description:
Join our Human Resources team as an HR Assistant and contribute to the effective and smooth operation of HR functions. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to support various HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and processing new hire paperwork
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
Handle routine HR inquiries and provide assistance to employees
Assist in organizing and conducting employee training programs
Support performance management processes, including tracking performance appraisals and employee evaluations
Coordinate employee engagement activities and events
Assist in benefits administration and enrollment
Prepare HR-related documents and reports
Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives
Maintain confidentiality of HR information

Requirements:
Previous experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
Understanding of HR policies and procedures
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus
