Job Description:

Join our team as a Receptionist and be the welcoming face of our organization. We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to manage front desk responsibilities and assist with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel
Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Provide information about the company and its services
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
Handle inquiries and requests from clients and visitors
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth office operations
Perform other reception and administrative duties as needed

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using office equipment and software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive and customer-focused attitude
High school diploma or equivalent
