Job Description:
Join our team as a Receptionist and be the welcoming face of our organization. We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
Provide information to clients and visitors as needed
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate front desk activities
Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Positive and professional attitude
High school diploma or equivalent
