Description

you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various aspects of logistics and supply chain operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation and distribution of goods to meet our customers’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the logistics and transportation of goods, including scheduling, routing, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse teams to manage inventory levels and optimize distribution processes.
Arrange transportation services and negotiate contracts with carriers and third-party logistics providers to ensure cost-effective and efficient delivery solutions.
Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs documentation, and other necessary paperwork for domestic and international shipments.
Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transit, communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards related to transportation, safety, and customs procedures.

Requirements:
Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation, and distribution processes.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
