Job Title: Receiving Supervisor

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team as a Receiving Supervisor. The Receiving Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing the efficient and accurate processing of incoming goods in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the receiving team in daily operations
Ensure accurate and timely receiving of incoming goods
Inspect and verify shipments for accuracy and quality
Collaborate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and issues
Coordinate with other departments to manage incoming inventory
Train and mentor receiving staff on best practices and safety procedures
Maintain organized and efficient receiving areas
Conduct regular audits and checks to ensure compliance
Collaborate with warehouse management to optimize processes
Handle and resolve any issues related to receiving activities

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Receiving Supervisor or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and receiving processes
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Familiarity with inventory management systems
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
